Company started operations in the year 2014 and has been engaged in successfully implementing the Financial Inclusion program of the Govt. of India. Ministry of Finance, for the banks.

  • Presently working as Corporate Business Correspondent (CBC) for major Public Sector Banks like Punjab National Bank and Central Bank of India. Apart from this, we are also serving as CBC to the four Regional Rural Banks sponsored by PNB i.e. Sarv Haryana Gramin Bank, Punjab Gramin Bank, Himachal Pradesh Gramin Bank and Bangia Gramin Vikash Bank. We also have tie up with one SBI sponsored RRB i.e. Ellaquai Dehati Bank.
  • Company has institutional tie-up arrangements with M/S Future Generali, a general insurance company, in addition to above Seven banks.
  • Company has presence in more than 15 States in the country through its network of more than 4000 BCA outlets. Its outlets are upgraded as Business Correspondent Agents/ Customer Service Points, to provide a much larger gamut of services and carry out banking transactions on behalf of the respective banks.
  • Company has a well-defined three tier staff structure to ensure micro level supervision and support to the BCA clubbed with quick decision making. (District Managers, Circle Coordinators and State Heads (Vice-Presidents).
  • We have well laid out systems, procedures and reporting hierarchy for control, monitoring and support of BCAs. Our Company is currently handling a daily footfall of around 50000 customers with Cash handling aggregating to around Rs 30 crore per day without any frauds or customer complaints.
  • We have an efficient Grievance Redressal system in place for customers and Online Helpdesk for the BCAs.
  • Company has robust technological support systems for seamlessly providing services in respect of all IT enabled products of banks. We are adaptable to required changes with continuous upgrade of technology and hardware with Minimum time lag. During demonetization and Covid lockdown periods, we continued banking services to customers through Micro ATMs and BCAs even when bank’s operations were disrupted.
